the start

2009 marks a brand new year
but strange enough, i didn't feel that same joy everyone did when the clock struck 12 that night.
hahaha. maybe i thought that it was just any other day, so why the celebration. oh well, but i did make an effort to return well wishes to all who did.

2008 was an eventful year for me, specifically the last few months. i managed to fulfill whatever that i did not manage to do before, mostly. and the last day of 2008 was quite well spent considering the company i was with. though the things we do may not be really special, it's the company i guess.

blogging. something i have not done on a personal basis for a really long time.
now that i am back at it, i guess i would be at it for quite some time.

and there's something else i would be working at.
my novel. HAHA. not on a professional basis. but just doing something i really love.
my source of inspiration dated all the way back in secondary school days - Sophia.
this person inspired me with her very own version of Harry Potter, and made me embark on my very own writing journey :)

perhaps these are good distractions to keep from me from worrying over needless matters.
